Sipchem has received the “Champion of the Year” award from FranklinCovey for its excellent performance in implementing “The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX)” during 2021.

Eng. Ibrahim Al-Rushoud, VP of Manufacturing, received the award on behalf of the company during the Manufacturing 4DX Summit, which took place in Jubail in November.

Sipchem’s operations division first implemented the “The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX)” initiative in 2018 with the goals of achieving operational excellence and creating added value by reducing risks and increasing operational efficiency. This year, the integration process was successfully completed across all manufacturing departments within the organization.
